TheTexasLTConline.com is certified by the Texas Department of Public Safety. It meets the requirements for and replaces the required in-person classroom portion of the course. Samantha Horwitz is your instructor. She is certified under Texas GC 411.188 and GC 411.190 to administer the License to Carry Online Course (classroom instruction only). 

 

Note: This is a TEXAS License to Carry Course – Not a Virginia Concealed handgun or any other states’ CHL course.

Take the Online Course and pass the online test.

After completing the online course, you will receive an LTC-101 certificate that you will take to a Certified LTC Range Instructor who will conduct the LTC proficiency test. See calendar schedule here Once you pass that, your instructor will complete the remaining portion of the LTC-101 certificate.
